"toured seven apartment complexes in northeast philly today and this was by far the nicest looking one, and the most reasonably priced for the accommodations. i was able to walk into the leasing office with no appointment, and treated with kindness from start to finish. Sue was very helpful in answering all of my questions, and was pleasant through and through!"

"This place is a set up. Looks much different in person, as the building is kind of ran down and trashy looking. Management sucks. And they offer nothing at all to tenants to get their bang for their buck. I’m unsure why they think that it is worth the rent that they are charging! I have lived here for a little over a year, and let me say that the apartments are OK. Nothing more! I have been looking for a new place and honestly even other apartments are asking for only 1 month down to move in because of how bad times are for people. But the point is, they are way nicer places that I know people that live in them. This place requires at least 2 months down, and is not even worth the actual rent. My advice? LOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE. Trust me, you will not regret it!"

"THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. I STRONGLY SUGGEST YOU DO NOT MOVE IN HERE. I scheduled to move in on the 1st of AUGUST. After scheduling a U-haul and finding people to help me move, I get a text from the manager saying “ I am not in the office, I am having an emergency”. (Okay fine emergency happen). I rescheduled my move in date a couple days later and to get the keys to my apartment. Again, I pack all my belongings in the car and when I get there to move in I find out the manger gave me the wrong keys to the building(how that mistake even happens, I don’t know). Now after about 2 weeks without access to my apartment, I stress to the manger that I am disappointed with my experience and I want my deposit back. They tell me I have to pay 2 months rent and forfeit my deposit. Mind you I never stepped a single foot in the apartment. This place is a set up. They just want your money. Personally, I believe you can find better and they do not provide the quality service that is promise!!!!"
