"Worst place to live ever! Beginning was okay. And after started all issues. Electric bill paid $380 a month for one bedroom. I informed peco, informed management they don’t really care. They must have issue with meter or so. Bad maintenance here, they don’t fix on time if there any shuts down. Hallways smelly. Windows too old it’s not soundproof. Wintertime really cold. I really got disappointed with office staff. I’ve moved out other state they sent full bill over collections. I think this guys just need money nothing else. Bad service will never recommend them!"

"I was at this location to tour a few weeks ago with the property manager Sophia. I went back today and the entire building looked totally different! From the parking lot to the lobby just dirty and not nice like it was weeks ago. I remember the place smelling so nice and fresh flowers, NOT ANYMORE. I went into the office and no one in there was nice or welcoming at all. I will not be applying there and neither will any of my other police officer brothers! What happened to this place in a matter of a week? Big change"

"I was at Beacon point as one of the first residence. 6 + years ago. The apartments are very nice, the amenities are great. I was fortunate enough to have great neighbors. Considering the times we are in the rent is fair. The management and maintenance has improved over the years. Sophia is very nice and accommodating. I only gave it four stars because some of the hallway carpets are in need of replacement."

"Yesterday, I went to Beacon Pointe to view an apartment. From the start, Sophia, the property manager, was very warm and welcoming. The apartments are updated and modern; and the views of the river are beautiful. It is very obvious that Sophia truly loves helping people find their perfect home. I can't wait to become apart of such a great community!"

"As a new resident here at Beacon Pointe, I definitely disagree with the ratings it currently has. When you first walk in, the lobby feels super cozy with numerous chairs and a warm atmosphere. You'll notice right away the social area that is open to all residents, it has a full kitchen station for entertaining, multiple comfy sofas and chairs, televisions, and even a pool table. There is a nice gym in its own area with multiple quality machines, many that there are doubles of. There is also a pool that is shared with the Water's Edge apartments from behind the building (both locations are ran by the same people). The staff has been nothing less than awesome so far, completely respectful and helpful, especially the manager Sophia. She has been a complete joy to work with right from the start. From day one, she has helped with everything I may have had a question or problem about without skipping a beat. She is a breath of fresh air compared to people I have dealt with in the past elsewhere, she is super easy to talk to and it is obvious that she actually cares and is always trying to make things better. I am looking forward to continuing to be part of the Beacon Pointe community for the foreseeable future."
