"I’ve been here 3 years and I still cannot say I would recommend living here. As a matter of fact I would never recommend moving here. Cedar Court has been taken over again, and while they are making nice subtle changes to the outside there are still many of us here who are STILL waiting on repairs inside. To come in raise rent, add all these concession fees and still basically ignore the constant complaints of on going issues is just beyond me. I’ve made several complaints, calls, sent emails, I’ve even requested to move to another unit just to be promised a call back and never hear anything back. Once utilities and fees are added on top of rent, you are basically over $1600 a month. I can promise you this place is far from being worth that. If I had not been on disability for the past year I would never have renewed my lease. When they were taken over again I had hope that maybe things would change. I even asked before I renew would this issue be fixed, I was told yes…it never happened. They started off strong and made a lot of promises. They want their rent on time but my ceiling is still leaking (3 years now), bathroom ceiling is still unfinished from when they tore it open and never came back (almost a year now), water spots, mold spots all throughout my apartment ceiling because clearly there is a leak that’s not being addressed. If I hadn’t hired my own exterminator and spent hundreds on products for roaches and mice my unit would still be infested. (A problem I discovered the first night I moved in). I can guarantee you, you will be moving into an infested unit as well because the buildings themselves are infested. My last review I was upset and rude about it, and it didn’t change anything…but if my review can save someone from signing a lease here and going through the things I’ve had to deal with here, that’s enough for me. It’s just not worth the money!"

"Don't move here!!!! It gets flooded all the time. When it's not flooding rain water will come into my apartment. I was told the this somehow is my fault. Like I magical make the rain come into my home. Now instead of giving me a new unit they are not renewing my lease after 20 yrs of being here and rent paid on time. There are mice in the buildings and roaches badly. I have had to get rid of all my things and start over again and again. For lack of having bad credit! I would even let a homeless animal live here !!!!!"
