"Lived here coming on a year now. Honest opinion - wonderful living experience. Maintenance is quick in fixing things. I always have parking. Its in a nice quiet area. My apt was updated and its beautiful. I love the fans one in the bedroom and one in the dinning room area. Plenty of closet storage. You control your own heat so thats a plus. The laundry room is nice and clean. Everyone is really nice in the surrounding units near me. i can not comment on snow removal at the present time. My only complaints are : the walls are very thin and every time my neighbor walks the floors creek. the picnic benches were removed more light in the parking lot would be nice"

"This place is a nightmare! Ive lived here for over a year. The management company could not care less. They can barely handle a few inches of snow. We had a truck back ito our apartment and they didn't care to fix the door. There was a leak from upstair and couldn't be bothered to fix the water damage. Avoid this place at all costs. Pmease trust me. Spend your money elsewhere!!!"

"I very much enjoyed my time here. With price relative to the amenities and safety that I received, i thought it was fair. The surrounding area is pretty quiet, people all over walking their dogs, and kids playing outside. All of the puppers and doggos were very friendly too so that was a very huge plus. (yah I know that isn't controlled by the complex, but I'll give them a point for this anyway) In regards to the apartment itself, it fit everything I needed. Laundry in unit, enough space to move around, quiet (although this could be because I won the lottery on neighbors). Obviously there are some cons as there is with every apartment; those would include a high humidity percentage in the apartment during spring and summer months and bugs (which is to be expected since you live right next to a lot of trees, grass, and sich). In terms of parking, my lot always had enough spaces, but ive heard of other lots not being so lucky. Finally, management. I had a few moments where I needed to communicate with management and they were very quick to respond, very nice, and easy to understand with no mumbo jumbo. I had zero experience with maintenance since I never needed anything repaired, so no points there. Overall, I had a comfortable time living here. 10/10 would recommend for an apartment around that area."

"I am counting down the days till the lease is up. Stay away. I've had the cops at my place twice because of the @$$h0l# that lives below me complains my dryer is too loud when its running. The walls are paper thin. You will here all kind of banging all night long. I've had random people bang on my door and ring my bell at all hours. Only one AC unit in the apartment and if your on the top floor it becomes a sauna. AC unit is old and worn out, I have tape holding the vent open so air can flow. The bathroom fixtures are not mounted to the wall so they constantly fall on the floor. The stove is supposed to be brand new but only 2 burners work. The front door has a draft and is about 20 degrees colder then the main floor. Heat works when it wants to, I have it set for 71, came home today and it was at 62. Good Luck getting anyone from the main office or corp office to contact you on any issue, took me 3 weeks to get hot water after I moved in. There is a reason why it is cheaper the all the rest in the area, you get what you pay for. I found out the hard way."

"Lived there for 2 years. Was promised hardwood floors in a few months. That never happened. I had auburn swirl carpet from 1976 and the foam rotted out. Horrible snow removal. 1 guy in charge of removing snow and maintenance for 80 units.. It's cheap because it sucks. Stay away"
