"Lived here one year. HORRIBLE! Don't give money to these people. They won't let you even see the lease until you give a deposit and that deposit is non refundable even though the super Shannon says it is. He turned around and said it isnt. The tenants before me had 3 years without paying electricity. Shannon lied and said he fixed it and he didn't. Caused us to be a week without electricity. His wife called my fiance an idiot. He also lied to management saying I called the police on my neighbors without reason and they threatened to kick me out if I complained about the loud music again. If you need help, don't ask Shannon, he and his wife both have full time jobs outside of the property. We received a 600 dollar gas bill because Shannon had the meters locked up and was never around for them to be read. The management told us it was our bill and our problem. They also charge you a full month of rent as a move out fee. and get this if you decided to move out so much as one day before your lease ends, you're responcible for the move out fee and a 300 dollar administrative fee. they do what ever possible to extort money. They lie and get you to believe them. If it seems too good to be true, it's because it IS! while the super is only available Monday through Friday 9-6, he's also working until 530 pm and not available on weekends. he also took 3 full week vacations last year and informed tenants they were not allowed to call management. This place is a ridiculous scam to make money. My fiance sprained his wrist because the stairs aren't properly placed. the gel mats covering the stairs aren't even glued on so the lift when you step on them. if your payment is received after the 5th even if it's because of the bank or a weekend, they charge you a 10 percent late fee. it doesn't matter if you sent the payment on the 1st or even before the 1st. This is the worst management company ever! Shannon's wife is beyond rude telling me via email that I shouldn't rent if I have a problem with loud music. mind you my 55 inch television was shaking due to how loud the music was being played. anything to take your money. my house was broke into and it took Shannon 2 weeks to fix it. my fiance Lost his job for being late to work because Shannon was only available at 6 p.m. I hate this place beyond words. the only tenants who stay here are the ones who are never home or the ones who have animals since they're not allowed anywhere else. also animals aren't allowed anymore. so once those tenants leave, no new animals can come in. it's overly priced for no reason. oh and don't leave your air-conditioned on because Shannon will enter your home to turn it on if you're not home. they feel that even though you pay the bill, they can dictate how much and often you use appliances and can come and go in your home as they please."
