"Not fair paying rent and not able to stay in your house because they haven’t turn on the heat. My daughter have a baby and the apartment is too cold for the baby so she can’t stay here. This is not legal to have the heat off still I check with the NJ law"

"Do not move here !!!! This used to be a nice place to live when previous owners owned it. They were very friendly and professional. The new owners are very rude and unprofessional. They do not repair anything. They ignore maintenance request. Some apartments are infested with mice and roaches. They are now forcing people to pay 50 dollars a month for water without a legal/physical water bill like we previously received. They just added it to the rent and force people to pay it online in addition to their rent. They harass the hard working people who actually do work and pay their rent monthly. They don’t honor post mark dates on mailed in rent, they will instead say they didn’t receive it and file with the courts for eviction so you have to pay an additional fee of over 500 dollars in addition to the late fee of over 100 dollars. When you call for any reason they are very rude and unprofessional. If you come for a tour be sure to talk to the people who live here, they will all tell you the same."

"I wouldn't live here if I were you. Management is useless and more than half the neighbors are inconsiderate and very loud. If maintenance needs to be done forget it. The place gets trashed and never cleaned as there is broken bottles, cups, plastic bottles riddled in the parking lot and place is overpriced for what you get. Definitely not worth $/m Find somewhere else to go better options than this place."

"Lived here for 2 years and don’t recommend to anyone lol. They’re extremely rude and don’t even get me started on the neighbors. I lived in an upstairs apartment with my emotional support dog the people downstairs would BANG on the ceiling at any time of the day and slam their doors ALL DAY LONG then get mad when their door BROKE lmaoo. They were so rude they would yell all day long and wouldn’t even hold the door open if we were DIRECTLY behind them. The only time we heard from the office was when they were threatening to kick us out for having my REGISTERED emotional support dog. They constantly sent letters about my dog when every single tenant there has an animal of some sort whether it be a dog, cat, bird, etc. Moral of the story is DO NOT live here lol they also never fix anything that breaks"

"live here if you want to have inconsiderate neighbors AND landlords who don’t care about stomping on the floors above you. neighbors exact response after politely knocking and asking to keep noise down from kids constantly running and jumping around for hours was “it’s only 7PM”. no apology or consideration for their neighbors for their kids being extremely disruptive to those living alongside them. their dismissive attitude is extremely rude, but is actually their inability to teach their kids etiquette and empathy. management didn’t care when we complained and said this is what living at an apartments is like, if you don’t like it move out. apartment is a circus, good luck coming home to a peaceful place to rest your head. doesn’t exist here."
