"The previous owner stopped making repairs or any other services for the tenants or the property. He sold the property and the new owner has already started making improvements. We have a newly paved parking lot and he is addressing tenant complaints in a timely manner"
"Landlord charges high rent for apartments and doesn't make repairs apartments are in run down condition, doesn't paint, cabinets are falling apart multiple disrepairs in most if not all apartments windows rattle with heavy winds frost and snow settle on sills. Entrance doors to buildings are falling apart and rusted at bottom. 1 year lease so older tenants are force to move due to high rent Increases and landlord can charge higher rents ground are poorly maintained parking lot has potholes says ADA compliant but is not. not a low income complex"
