"Why do they have an office and so called emergency line and no one is ever there, and you leave a message for the emergency and their old beat up maintenance don't respond, do not call back. I manage properties for a company through out Philadelphia and AC and we take care of our tenets issues ALL THE TIME, and answer their calls ALL THE TIME!!! They only care about money coming in."

"I am moving out next month. Please people stop paying these people for nothing. You never see anyone from this office. The workers are rude and all they care about is their rent. The apartments are filled up with mice. The bell never worked since I moved here 4 years ago. I report that and they never fix it. I have to go downstairs to open the door every time I had visitors. The last stunk they pulled is sending a letter to tell us to go pick up our mail at the post office because they wouldn't supply the mail person a key. The list goes on and on. I will definitely get an attorney because I m breaking the least because they do not card for their tenants and I will fight them through. Please go somewhere else to spend your money. By the way they increase rent every day. They control utilities too so thats also expensive. You even pay for water. It's ridiculous."

"Office is absent and not very nice. Pretty dismissive. After hiking rent we got an eviction threat cause a money order was short. Honest mistake. A polite phonecall to the tenant could resolve the issue and not come off rude. Customer service tip. Maintenance is nice Apartments are white on beige Utilities are overpriced additional charges that can't be metered on your bill. The pool occasionally opens for 85$ per person per year. Laundry is expensive. Like nearly double alot of other facilities. 1.90 vs the avg 1.25, some for less. We have 2 washers and 2 dryers. 1 washers been busted for and one dryer has never worked."

"Do NOT be fooled!!! My friends and I lived here a while ago. We hated it and moved out after just one year, the second that our leases expired. There are cockroaches everywhere. Some neighbors are mean. There is NO noise insulation between units, so you will hear every sound made by your neighbors. The doors slam LOUDLY. Maintenance is VERY slow to respond. The air conditioning is inadequate. The constant smells are awful. The apartments are FILTHY, worn out, and VERY old -- as are their fixtures and appliances. The staff was nasty and arrogant. Judging by the honest reviews, the new management is even worse! There are far better deals in the area, especially the many privately-owned duplexes. You have been warned."

"People on this site lying about how nice and peaceful this apartment is. I lived here going on 7 years. The first 4 years the owner cared for his tenants and the property the staff were much attentive any problem they were quick to come fix it. Ever since the property been under new management they got rid of all their old workers hired new people it's been nothing but he'll they are rude they slow on everything. If you have an emergency overnight they were not on site or around to fix the problem. The apartments are paper thin. They have kids jumping up and down breaking things. When you call to make a complaint the manager claim there's nothing she can do about it. Ok let me not pay rent I'm sure they will be quick to take matters in their own hand or evict someone. They need to remodeled this property and hire new staff with customers skills who will look out for their tenants. This place not worth the price they charging tenants. I had people break in to my car. I had neighborhoods had their tires stolen many times. I will be moving soon."
