"I have been to a friend’s apartment multiple times and every time I go multiple mice are seen. They have told me that they have contacted management multiple times with no resolution of the issue. In reading other reviews I can see that this issue has been ongoing for over a year. I can only assume that IF they are doing anything it is only after a resident complains, however this has to be a complete building issue. Without consistent prevention and eradication this issue will not go away. As mice droppings can cause multiple health issues I am concerned for all residents in the building."
"These replies on every review with “we see your name never lived here, come to our office, or your phone didn’t match here…” are lies.We've lived here for over 9years, but after the new owners took over they did not care about the residents as long as the bills came in. I had to go many times to the office to complain about things… one time they told me they have to raise the m/rent to fix it or I had to pay extra lol. Most of the time they’re not in the office. Decided moving out was the best option after this place was going downhill & is filled with insects & rats now… Also, didn’t pay back the deposit but charged me for more than $1500. Tried to go talk to them, nobody was in the office… emailed them many times, just left me without answers, just kept avoiding & phones are always busy. Best not make a mistake and come live here. There are many better apts around & this is one of the worst!"
"Management is horrible!Very Expensive and old Apartments! Very noisy ! No parking for tenants car always in high risk ! When you renew your lease! they add to your rent every year at least 100$ dollars ! Avoid this Place! And also don't expect your security deposit return at all !"

Janine has been a true pleasure to work with. They also have a unique storage amenity On-Site for their residents to use which is pretty cool! Keep it up!"
