"You definitely get what you pay for. Even what they’re trying to charge now is too much. You won’t be happy here. The property manager is terrible. Accuses you of things, talks to you any kind of way, doesn’t care about the issues you have here. She’s just not pleasant at all. Whenever you tell her a problem she says that no one else has told her that and it’s aways a lie. My car got stolen in the parking lot and 3 other cars were broken into and she told me that no one else reported anything and they did. She’s the worst. She’ll make you want to break your lease. It’s a nasty old & outdated complex. Roaches, mice. Broke washers and dryers. Broken locks. Unsafe, no cameras. Spend your money else where!"

"I really liked my apartment. It was spacious and the pool was nice. It had a lifeguard and free of charge if you were a resident. Management was unprofessional and maintenance had no idea what they were doing. Laundry room was shared and the washer and dryer was broken half the time. I caught a squatter smoking weed in there one time. Our safety wasn't good because all the locks were broken so anyone could just walk in. The walls are very thin. I was on the third floor and my neighbors on the second floor had no respect and would glare their tv. I lived here two years and moved to a nicer place with my own entrance and washer and dryer."

"Would literally give negative stars if I could. The place is INVESTED with roaches. When I’ve told them on multiple occasions, I’ve been asked “are you sure it’s a brown roach and not a black bug?”…I’ve been told “if there were really roaches other tenants would be complaining in that building”.,.i work from home. I am constantly ontop of cleaning here, and making sure there are no dishes in the sink and laundry piles are not on the floor. Today, my one year old picked up a roach. I am beyond furious. After 4 extermination visits nothing is helping. We’re told one thing by corporate, and the complete opposite by the leasing office. When we CC corporate on the emails, the leasing office only replies to us and removes the cc. The place has no uniform, and no sense of professionalism."

"If you're thinking about living here....DON'T! Management here is slow, unprofessional, and bias. I prefer not to deal with them. I call for maintenance and get a response of, "I don't know when they'll be out." When my husband calls, they're out the next day fixing the issues. With that being said, I've been waiting for them to fix my bathroom for 2 weeks now. Rents paid on time every month though. I have noisy neighbors above and week smokers on the top floor. Doors doesn't lock and if they fix an issue. Best believe, it will be broken again in a couple days."
