"recommend Tacony crossing to anyone looking to move into an apartment. All of the staff I come in contact with are very pleasant and professional at all times. Charles, our building manager is the best. I have been a tenant here since May 2021 and there wasn't an issue or problem that wasn't addressed or solved professionally and promptly. I personally thank the maintenance guys because there have been times when I called in the middle of the night for an issue and Charles would call me back and the Maintenace team will show up at my door. That means a lot to tenants. On a realistic level, no person or place you live is going to be perfect but when you are open to working together as a community, it creates the best living experience. It has been a pleasure for me here."

"I have been living here since March. I was really skeptical after seeing some of the reviews, but was informed that they were under new management. From the start I've witnessed many changes and updates. Jennifer and her maintenance team are AMAZING. Any concerns or fixtures and adjustments are done promptly and efficiently. Ive never had to wait more than two days for anything concerning maintenance. It's normally done the same day! Jennifer is very professional and goes above and beyond. Her team is very respectful when it comes to your home, and they show a lot of care for their residents. I'm so blessed to have moved here. We plan to renew our lease instead of moving. "I have Been staying here for 3 years. The staff on site is amazing, the front desk Ms.Jennifer she is great I can always count on her to help me when I need anything and she always answers the phone when I call and have any type of questions. The management that is on site is great also they answer all questions that you need answered right away. When something needs to be fixed it gets fixed right away with no issue with maintenance. I always recommend this complex to anyone who is looking for a great and friendly environment for themselves or their family. They also have on site security who is always available. They have an Olympic size pool and in each building it’s a washer a dryer."
