"Oxford House can reply to reviews to contact them with the issue only to continue not to answer the phones & continue to not reply to the numerous emails I’ve left. Future Tenants beware, this is a common issue as a tenant at this location. You can not get a hold of anyone and they try to push blame on the tenants for why they have issues. After living here for 5 years, I have always had issues with contacting ANYONE at the front desk. You’ll know they’re actually in the office because they leave the package room unlocked, but for some reason the office is always locked and lights are always off. Doesn’t matter how much you knock, how many times you walk over, how often you email or call. Lack of communication & accountability all the time!"

"This is the WORSE experience I have ever had with an apartment building. They are so unprofessional. I had been calling for days just to not get an answer. Once I finally did get through they scheduled an appointment that caused me to leave work early. I made the appointment got there on time and the lady from the leasing office wasn’t there. Just decided to leave and say f my appointment. This is horrible. DO NOT MOVE HERE."

"Worst place ever. First of all, if you want to live somewhere that you can never get a hold of anyone, this is the place for you. If you want to deal with issues like going with no hot water or AC for LITERAL DAYS without the office giving the building updates, this is the place for you. Ive lived in two different units here and in the one year i was at my last unit before i finally escaped, our water had gone out at least 3-4 times and the AC has done the same. I believe we lost heat in the wnter at some point too. I was having to bathe me and my kids elsewhere. The receptionist sits in the office in the corner with the lights off & door locked so no one can come in... then they don't answer any phone calls, or emails & they certainly don't call back if you leave a voicemail. I've been calling them nonstop about my security deposit because i moved out at the end of November & they can't answer not one phone call or email.. however keep sending me "automated" emails to remind me to pay for December & now January when i don't even live there. SO the biggest thing is the inability to communicate with the people who run the place you LIVE IN. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR RESIDENTS AND YOU WILL FEEL IT! Every neighbor i ever talked to felt the same way. The receptionist, Nicole is also nasty & condescending when you actually do speak with her. Its always like you are brothering them as if this isn't your home with real issues. Yes they have exterminators that come out every 2 weeks.. because they don't do any real fixes. The exterminator comes out and sprays around, sets some traps etc. Your roach population will decrease temporarily but because its a BUILDING issue, your neighbors roaches always find their way back anyways. Then if you have a leak, they will merely patch it up. You will end up calling them back out for the same issues for months. Ive lived here from 2017-2023. Rushmore took over i believe in 2019-2020. Once they took over, everything went from bad to worse!! I've had my carpet have literal mold from a leaking AC unit that they would not come look at for nearly 2 months. When thy finally repaired it, it took months of me going back and forth to have my carpet replaced too. They sent a carpet cleaner for molded carpets :)) Then when i called back for next steps, they wanted to send a carpet cleaner out again instead of just replacing the carpet. Honestly they are the worst place i have ever lived and its so expensive for a bad experience that only looks pretty until you live there and realize they jus slap everything together."

"This place is the dirtiest apartment building i have ever lived in! The management do not care that the building is infested with mice running around non stop! They don’t take care of the building everything is falling apart! Not safe to live here for no human this place should be shut down . I’ve call L&I multiple times about how unsafe this building is and how the living conditions is unbearable! Please don’t waste your time even touring this place! Your going to be unhappy living in a junky dirty apartment complex"

"They need L&I called on them how do you not have hot water for days and don’t offer any compensation or accommodations. There was no hot water a week in January this is ridiculous and they keep saying we will update you. Poor communication poor care or concern for tenants. Just terrible!"
