"A friend of mine was living here while I was looking for a place so I got to see similar layout before I signed my lease. Love it! Also maintenance was very quick to respond and very professional when I had an emergency."
"$$$$$$.... nice because its newer apartment but the property value is tanking......... The experience here has been full of red flags! Non smoking environment is false. The walking dead are closer than you think... parking is a joke unless you have an extra $250 to throw away.... People get cars broken into in this area cars get left with no tires people arguing and fighting outside the building. The gym is subpar apartment complex windows leak when it rains heavy. I will leave more details but I still live here . A word of advise do your homework before jumping into something because it's new. Remember it's still the same people in the same neighborhood... oh street parking is subject to parking violations $26 to $94 just for living on the block no permit parking here either. Also have 4 different spots on the block that u can't park or you will get a $55 parking ticket. To move in and out is a story of its own there is no loading and unloading area so you will block traffic in north philly it will get noisey and frustrating if you have a lot of stuff. Management and in house staff not on same page about information given to tenants personal experience.... attention m+m team no need to ask me to call and talk to you that has happened in person and via emails nothing has changed. I write this review out of personal experiences so far staying at the mill at York Station. It's smells like weed throughout the apartment complex. I have the most expensive apartment here and can't even use there garage to unload groceries..."
"Honestly just not a very good experience living here. Won’t be renewing our lease. Gym is below par, had issues with windows leaking and a pipe burst. I will say management is very responsive and quick to resolve issues but it’s not enough to dismiss another issue: the loudness of the train and the windows not being soundproof enough. Additionally, with the neighborhood always having some kind of traffic, it’s irritating always hearing honking, yelling and every loud conversation people may be having outside. Another issue is the thinness of the apartment floors because if you get the unfortunate experience of living under someone who’s huge, you will be subject to hearing their every heavy step vibrating throughout your apt. It’s either their size or the building flooring wasn’t made correctly. For the amount you get charged monthly (amenities, size of the rooms, in house electric bill that always seems to be high even if you don’t use it much, etc) to live here, it’s just not worth it to me. Happy my lease will be up soon. Will be doing much more due diligence before moving into these newly constructed buildings. Also, the AC/HEAT system is loud too. That’s why I originally didn’t notice how loud the train can get when i checked the place out (thought i could handle the train noise that i was able to hear). It’s not loud in a way that it clinks/bangs or anything, in a way that you hear the air loud enough that you won’t be able to hear your tv well unless you turn it all the way up or have a sound bar. Your packages also have a high likelihood of getting stolen. It’s happened to me several times now. Not saying to live or not live here, just stating my experience after being here for nearly a year. You may be ok with this place’s “quirks”. TO ME, it’s 100% not worth it, and you can find much better and worth the price elsewhere. Wish there was a review similar to this one when I was choosing, so hopefully this will help someone out."
"Been here for a little over half a year. No complaints, really. The staff has been very responsive whenever I reach out about anything, and they are always working on something to improve quality of life in the building. It's a huge improvement from past experiences I've had with renting."
"This is my first review EVER !!!! Macy who gave me a tour was completely rude and disgusting. The apartment was ok but her demeanor and attitude made me not want to live there. I asked Macy if the $99 month promotion they offered could just lower the amount of the monthly rent and even out, which is completely a question anybody would ask. She stopped her walker, turned and looked me dead in my face and said …”it’s not our job to budget your money, That’s your job” in a disgusting way. I was so confused it was as if I offended her by asking a normal question. Her demeanor changed from rude to nice by the minute and it was actually scary and very fake as if she realized every two minutes that this was her job and she was supposed to be nice to me. If I could give this review, no stars I would.!!!"
