"This is the worst place to be they have mice and roaches and they never spray the apartments for roaches right the roaches just run to the next house they need to bomb that building for mice and roaches because it's just disgusting!!"
"In C building the hallways are always dirty not to mention the bad smell on the first floor, and in the front yard is dirty also the back. Dumpster is always over flowing with garbage. In the laundry room none of the machines work."
"Ms. Lee the manager is rude and unprofessional. When you call for a maintenance issue she'll argue with you like it's your fault. So many of the maintenance men and office staff have left because of her. She's a bully. Some of the tenants say she curses and yells at them. Allot of us can't afford to move."
