"Any good reviews you see are absolutely fake. Whole building is infested with roaches & mice. Hallways always have trash in them & smell like pee. Anybody can walk inside the building. I broke the lease for the last month because I couldn’t stand the filth & they took months to give me my security deposit back. Also, the elevators are always shut down so throughout my 11 months of living there me & my 2 year old baby had to walk up 6 flights of steps all the time. A shelter is better than this place"
"Please look elsewhere if you can. The tenants here are absolutely disgusting and management doesn't do anything about it. Trash everywhere! I mean EVERYWHERE! People are throwing trash off their balconies and it splits open on the ground spilling everywhere. I've seen mice. I've seen an abundance of roaches. The water gets shut off at least once a week. They splap some paint over things and think its going to make the building nicer, it doesn't! I agree- all good reviews are just fake. Come take a walk around the buildings and you will see it smells like piss and trash, food, dog poop, is everywhere. This is the projects with out actually being the projects. Please look elsewhere."
"I like this building the new people that took over doing a outstanding job. I’m happy for the new staff that works there. They always on the go, keep it up and never turn back down to shambles truly a blessing to living."
"They only receive one star because you have to give one. My honest opinion would be none! Staff is horrible! Car was broken into and nothing can be done?! We paid for the convenience of parking in the garage and still someone vandalize and broke into our car. Shame on Regency! Please do not rent from here! Not safe! Horrible living conditions."
