"Need better maintenance. Unprofessional real estate agent her name is Ana Colon . She schedules a tour with you and never shows up I’ve been waiting outside for her for 45 mins . While I was waiting I did notice the building looks old and dirty they need new maintenance the balcony’s are burgundy & looks rusty and the doors are green & ugly looking the painting is all chipped up almost looks like nobody lives there also limited parking . There’s no office but There’s a pizza store attached to the building which also looks ghetto. Glad she didn’t show up ."
