"I lived there for just a little over 5 years. I've dealt with my car being towed on multiple occasions, infestation of mice, very unprofessional agents in the office, etc. The only good thing is the surrounding area. Jay Santiago and Theresa in the leasing office are the most unprofessional and unqualified employees I have encountered in my life. They are not here to help, they are there to harass. I do not recommend these overpriced and unsanitary apartments to anyone. Karen was the only pleasant leasing agent. Very disappointing. I am so happy I moved out."

"I got so excited they've finally started cleaning the building semi-regularly for the first time in the 3 years I've lived here, then even went so far as to remodel the lobby! Things are improving! 2 stars for you! (Water shut offs, high rent, shared utilities bill that spikes based on other people's overuse, 90 to 100 degree heating that forces us to open the windows in 35 degree weather to mitigate but somehow dips to an icebox when it hits 30 outside, a shooting in the parking lot that we never got notified of even though management loves to email about trivial things, and the joys of construction noise as they remodel nearby units are still not fun though) But while the lobby area finally looks less like a horror movie and more like a lobby, why was the map of Philadelphia replaced by this eyesore of a stock image? Extremely tacky and ugly. You could choose anything in the world and you chose one of the most overused stock images of an irrelevant locale. Also while the roaches seem to be in hibernation, the mice are back for the season. ✌️"
