1600 Callowhill

"I have had the pleasure of being a tenant at 1600 Callowhill for the past three years and I'm glad I have gone with this building when moving to Philly. Emmilya and especially Otto have been on top of any asks I have come up with in a swift manner and have made me feel a valued resident. They are also super nice people to talk to about things outside of residential routine. The team supporting the building have also been top notch - a doorman 24/7, maintenance staff in everyday, bunch of other people I probably have not seen but who are immensely contributing to making this building as great as it is. The building itself is fantastic - great Luxer package service for smaller packages, a safe package room for any bigger ones. Packages can be picked up at your convenience (very useful in cases when I was out of town and was 100% sure that the packages will be there). Corridors reminds me the ones you'd expect to see in nice hotels, trash chutes in convenient locations on each floor, high-ceilings for the feel of space, huge windows for tons of sunlight and gorgeous city skyline/City Hall views (especially on the South side). Large sized closets and bathroom to add to this - those made every guest who visited me jealous. If this meets your budget, 100% recommend. Great work and building team!"

"My wife and I have lived here for over a year at this point. Just renewed our lease! By far, the best apartment we’ve been at. People are friendly, apartment is nice and modern. Very quiet. No recurring issues. Our contact in the leasing office, Otto, has been the consummate professional through our time here. Always willing and eager to help. Overall, you can’t go wrong choosing this as your next home."

"I am absolutely loving living in this apartment complex. The apartment style is industrial, with 14 ft ceilings and exposed brick walls. The appliances are brand new as is everything else. The floors and walls are sound proof. The staff is just amazing, friendly and accommodating. They pay a lot of attention to detail, for example there is a pleasant aroma present in the hallways at all times. Since we have moved in, we've only had one issue with ventilation in one bedroom and the maintenance staff dropped by the same day. Since they couldn't fix the problem an external party was contracted and the issue was resolved in a very timely fashion. I am impressed to the extent that management is on top of things. The neighbors are friendly, and the rooftop with BBQ is amazing."

"Lovely one bedroom apt. Clean, bright, great bed, spotless shower. Be sure to go up to the roof, so pretty. Staff was very helpful, friendly, a pleasure. Highly recommend. Very plain from outside but great restaurants all down the street. One complaint, TV. You have to cast your phone to TV and somehow connect to your cable. Research this or have someone computer literate. Would stay there again , we didn't visit to watch TV. The room and amenities were great."
