I’ve been to many buildings in Philly, and I must say, Shawn, Tiffany and the rest of his team, who service the front desk, has been nothing short of exceptional. From the warm welcome of very time you walk through the door, to their attentiveness through all of my deliveries.. they truly go above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and valued as a resident. Their professionalism, efficiency, and friendly demeanor are always truly remarkable. The cleaning and maintenance/ building staff are also 10/10… always attentive and very nice/ friendly which is very hard to find. Kudos to the front desk staff, maintenance/ building and cleaning staff for their outstanding service!"
"It’s a really nice building in the heart of Center City. Public areas are always clean and there’s very little noise between units. Maintenance is very responsive to requests, often addressing issues within hours. Shawn at the front desk is absolutely superb, always friendly and keeps everything highly organized."
