"Visiting the Benjamin Franklin Parkway is a great way to see all of the amazing places Philadelphia has. Overnight stays are the best way to experience the heart & soul of this phenomenal city ❤️ ✝️"
"Great experience living here! Everyone at the front desk is so kind and the amenities and apartments are great. Management is super responsive and things get fixed really fast here! Would recommend to anyone considering Terrace."
"It's an apartment, big and clean, smell funny, like old, but not terrible. Full equipped kitchen and a big fridge. My main problem was the AC, every time that started was like a have a truck in the room, very noisy. The cleaning staff nock my door at 10.30, the check out is at 11am."
"The front desk is terrible. The one lady is always on personal phone calls and thinks no one knows because she has AirPods in. The evening doorman Anthony is the most miserable person I’ve ever met in my life. He spends the whole day online shopping and being nasty to the people who live in the building. I can’t count how many times I’ve walked by and overheard him talking poorly about tenants. He thinks he owns the building and will tell you as much if you dare ask him to do anything. He will ask you for a tip for doing the most basic parts of his job. They give you a hard time if you’re unloading your car and have it out front for more than 10 minutes but then the doormen park their cars in front of the building for their entire shifts and keep their bikes in the hallway. I think they’re confused about who lives here and who works here. I’d rather live in a building with no doorman than have to deal with these people."
"Stay was nice. Beautiful room, especially for the price. Nice view, nice clean common areas. There were some minor issues with the room. For one the internet service was out the night I arrived, and ultimately did not work from the desk in the bedroom. There were minor stains on blankets which did bother me. More often than not the water would run cold with light water pressure. A no smoking policy which I chose to respect, but the smell of marijuana was present from the balconies. Unfair. Before I arrived I was informed the lock mechanism on my suite was acting up so they would be giving me a temporary code to gain access. This created some confusion upon arrival, the temporary code did not work for entering the building and I was informed that the mobile keys would not work during my stay over the lock mechanism being broken. Another guest ended up letting us in. I was notified about these issues hours before my arrival. The next day I was informed that a locksmith would be coming to repair the mechanism. I was out of the unit for the time being, which for me is better than being there for the repairs. I'd rather not be disturbed. The temporary code was still the main code for access to the room, the main code for entering the building. With no mobile keys or key cards, I can't not say this was a pain. In the end what really set me off is that I unfortunately left an item in the suite, specifically my keys. I am no longer in the area so customer service told me to send a shipping label and they'd have it shipped out as soon as possible. I paid for priority. 2 weeks later the item has yet to be brought out to ship with no updates. I have reached out asking for an update with no response through the email I was sent, and no response through the apps portal either. This is a major inconvenience as you could imagine. Don't be like me, don't leave your keys in a Sondor nightstand."
