"Oxford Village is in a great location! It is close to Temple University main campus, the Broad Street Subway stations, plenty of food options, and campus gyms. The apartment was very clean when I moved in and a great layout. However, my favorite part is definitely the staff! Rebecca has been helping me every step of the way. She is super helpful and friendly and was a selling point when I was deciding where to live. I feel comfortable asking for help any time of the day, any day of the week."

"I haven’t been staying at Oxford for too long but my experience here so far has been very welcoming. The office staff is very friendly, and personal. They love forming close relationships with their residents and truly commit themselves to making sure each person has a great experience. The apartment spaces are really nice as well and feel super homey."

"Moving to Philly was a last minute decision after deciding to transfer schools. Initially the task of finding a living space was very daunting but the Oxford Village team made the transition smooth and effortless. The leasing team is phenomenal! As someone who relieves a lot of packages it’s nice to see a friendly face every time I walk into the office to pick up mail. The team is always ready to help however they can and are great at building a sense of community among residents that I haven’t experienced anywhere I’ve lived before. I always feel welcomed and at home. Definitely a 10/10 and would highly recommend taking a tour if you’re looking for a place to live in North Philly!"

"I found Oxford Village while I was looking for summer housing to attend a nearby university. They were very kind and patient and made sure I understood every part of the leasing process. I've been living here for 8 months and I love having my own space away from campus. My neighbors are pretty quiet but we all get along well! They even accommodated my service animal and treat us just like family. The apartment was clean and ready when I came to move in and I love interacting with the community, especially the office staff! If anything was broken, I'd make a request and they would come within a day, or even just a few hours! Overall, my experience living here has been great and although it is a bit expensive, they usually will work with you to make sure you're good!"

"I have lived at Oxford Villages for two years now. Since it was my first time looking for a one bedroom apartment, my parents were very concerned about safety. The buildings all have very convenient key fobs, and security systems. They also have a phenomenal leasing team. From the second I moved in, I felt welcomed by everyone working there. Ady, their leasing manager has been especially helpful and kind throughout my entire experience. She was willing to answer any of my questions, and made sure I knew she was there to help at any time. I felt really lucky to have someone like her right next door. I definitely recommend leasing here. The places are really nice, it’s a great location, and the team is amazing. Thank you Ady❤️"
