"We're generally happy living at Dublin Terrace, but there are some things that leave me scratching my head. One is that appliances get completely replaced (sometimes with smaller, less desirable models) when a simpler, less wasteful fix seems to be available. This has happened twice now, first with a washer that only needed to have the hot and cold-water feed line hoses reversed and then with a refrigerator that just had a bad freezer seal. Another is a smoke /fire alarm that goes off from normal cooking that apparently can't be recalibrated or changed. A third example is cutting back the pool hours which makes it less useful to me. Other than things like that, we're content and do not plan on moving."

Great nearby shopping options. Only a few minutes away from a PA Turnpike entrance. Overall this is a very pleasant place to live."
