"I went to the beach for a week to scatter my mom's ashes and came back to my job being replaced by someone else. When asked why I was given some generic answer about needing spots filled and I could work when they needed someone. However when the "boss" (a driver that has his nose absurdly far up the owners' rear) went to the beach for a week he didn't hire anyone to cover that. When another employee leaves for a month they don't hire anyone for that. Why am I coming back to no job? This company will avoid firing you for fear of a wrongful termination or so you have to quit and can't collect unemployment. I'm just saying I have a family to support and the way you guys did me is messed up."
