"My daughter is moving in, this building is incredible and beautifully kept. Henry and Kayla are so very welcoming, efficient and responsive. Common areas are luxurious and always clean and smelling fresh. They have taken the time to answer my crazy questions and have toured us through three times. This is what I do for a living and I so highly recommend this community. Five stars."

"We've lived here for the past 2 years. It's a super safe apartment building with great amenities. The cleaning crew really keep this place spotless. I also love how close it is to trails. However, our biggest issue has been the smells. I'm not sure if we're just unlucky, but we had a neighbor chain smoke cigarettes below us (who thankfully moved out) and currently have a neighbor that smokes weed and it permeates through our vents. It wouldn't be an issue if it were once in a while, but it is quite literally every day multiple times a day. In addition to this, we get smells from the trash room and nothing has been done to address this. At one point the trash chutes broke and everyone's trash was left out for days. We love the location and the amenities but honestly are just over opening our windows non stop in cold weather. If you have a sensitive nose, I would take a tour and really scope out the place. Otherwise, I would recommend living here."

"I have lived here for the past 8 months and I think it is a decent place to live, and could be great if the developer built the building properly. I'm a light sleeper and I live in a unit under a family with 2 huskies, they run around at odd hours of the day and night and it drives me crazy. I can feel the vibrations of everything going on upstairs, including late nights in the bedroom. I want to love living here but sleep is very important to me and I have tried everything I can to sleep peacefully to no avail."

"I've been living here a month. Having lived in the city for a long time, it is a welcome change . It is a quiet community. Haven't had any noise issues. Apartments are spacious and comfortable. There is plenty of parking space. Grounds are well maintained and amenities such as yoga room, club room, conference room and gym are pretty good too. Pool is being repaired now but hopefully opens in time for peak summer. Maintenance requests have been promptly dealt with. The leasing agent Lin is very nice and super helpful. Overall, big thumbs up."

"Went for on site visit. Lin was amazing, She didnt hurry us at all. We took time and asked a million questions. Even after we were undecided and asked for second tour, she adjusted her the same day and gave us another tour. Now we are signing the lease. Very happy with her. Good reflection of how great the management would be too. The units are amazing. Love the big windows gas stove and the terrace seating. Have heard they do things for residents every month. Cant wait to move in."
