"The staff here is very respectful. I got help from a young lady name saniyah and she was very welcoming and friendly. She answered every question that I needed a little bit more information about. The pool area is very nice and the life guards are always on duty. The apartments are very spacey and the amenities are awesome!"

"If i could give this place negative star rating I would let me just state that I’ve been at this location since September 2023 and I’ve only had bad experiences living here. 1. The condition of my unit upon moving in 2. The leaking that happened a few weeks ago from bad rain in my apartment. 3. The smell of nasty cigarette and marijuana throughout the building. 4. Two weeks into living in this location I had got a flat tire on my car ended up getting a loaner. My Loaner car got towed away No one never explained to me, or no one’s never in the office to get an extra sticker for your car. 5. There’s really no security here the doors are broken. Specially, the one by the ramp have not fixed it. The front door is always stuck so you can never get in properly. The property is always dirty hallways and elevators. No one’s never there to collect your package when you need to. 6. My last concern and complain is I currently paid my rent online and I change bank accounts and I’ve never been late in the 14 years that I’ve rented and every location in different properties that I’ve rented. I had a return check because I change bank account and didn’t realize it until i got a email it was a simple mistake and this company decided to block my port. For me making payments how convenient can that be now I have to make payments at the office for the next 12 months but no one’s never in the office and on top of that they close at a certain time sometimes 3 o’clock sometimes 5 o’clock how convenient that be for someone when you are working long hours and retail hours that makes no sense whatsoever I will be calling Corporate and rectifying This when I contacted the office they gave me an oh well, that’s how that Just work very rude and unprofessional down there. I will not be living here no more than a year. I am moving out this year. Remind you, I just moved here and gave so much money to move in and my unit wasn’t even ready properly so it’s just been an inconvenience since I moved in from the gecko. I can understand if this was a issue that was happening every month. I was late, but this is unacceptable. I don’t recommend anyone to live here. I won’t be recommending friends, coworkers, or no one to live in this apartment complex. Please stay away."

"My daughter moved in to this complex in August, as she goes to college in the area. Overall the likes living there. The apartment is nice, and she likes the amenities. The biggest issue is with the parking availability. There is NOT enough parking for the number of units in the building, and if you get there after a certain hour, you will probably not find a marked spot. If you park outside a designated spot, you WILL get towed, and the company that hooks the cars is awful. I dealt with them yesterday and it was the absolute worst experience. When we looked at the apartment, we were told, "You won't have a problem finding parking." Yet when my daughter gets home late from work, she often has to find parking off-site and walk home, which I do not like late at night. Apparently there is a paid parking spot option which we were not told about when we signed the lease, so we will be looking into that. If you are considering renting here, please just be aware of the parking situation and ask a lot of questions."

"Elevators have been consistently broken for months. From what I’ve heard from other residents, it’s been like this for an extended period of time. I’m terrified of having my wheelchair-bound grandmother visit and being trapped due to this, considering I live on the upper floors. It has also made moving in a nightmare. When I first moved in, the elevator certificate showed it hadn’t been serviced since 2016. The outdated certificate has been removed but without a functioning elevator, I can only assume that’s still the case. Also, I’ve called for maintenance requests since the first day I’ve moved in for simple things including a dented door knob, missing smoke alarm and air conditioner filter change. It’s been almost three months and no one has addressed these issues. This is even after leaving voicemails to maintenance, speaking with maintenance personnel in the lobby and two calls to the leasing office. Every time I was reassured someone would visit and every time, no one has. Honestly I was excited when I first moved to 100 York. Now I’m pretty disappointed and jaded. I would not recommend living here. The only saving grace is that the front desk employees are nice."

"Apartment is spacey and amenities are great. Love the pool and gym. Wish the gym could open later. Other residents can agree about the trouble regarding elevators, and some pests. Parking is a little hassle since it fills quickly, and guest parking requires payment. Quick service when requesting repairs in apartment. Lot of smaller families and students live here."
