"A woman by the name of Sierra Taylor lives here along with Michelle and Danielle, both Sierra and Dani are constantly abusing Michelle. Cops are continuously called & nothing is done. They coerce her to lie to them so she won’t get in further trouble. I do not recommend living here with property managers not doing anything."

"DO NOT LIVE MOVE HERE! First off, their website is a COMPLETE catfish! I sent my hold deposit on February 1st, I was never offered a tour until I emailed the property manager on February 7th. When I arrived at the property office, she was so unorganized that she did not schedule me for the tour. She had the maintenance man show me the apartment along with my mother. The apartment is literally a BOX where the bedroom is connected to the kitchen. How can anyone even move furniture up into this apartment? It reeks of weed and chemicals! The wiring is horrible! It is NOT worth $1,100. This place is pure TRIFLING! I will be getting my hold deposit back & the $772 I spent for Jetty because we can definitely settle this in court for false advertisement!"

"I am currently trying to relocate back to Philadelphia my home town.when visiting the website I thought they place looks great and the prices was reasonable. I have been calling for a week trying to get more information about the place before placing a application I talk to somebody a couple time prior when I was just calling around and getting information. This place was on my top 3 to put in application. I’ve been calling for a week straight and nobody has picked up my call I left voice messages nobody has yet to call me back. I had my boyfriend call from his number which is a 267 Area code number and mine is 804 Area code and guess what somebody pick up the phone! I feel like she was Avoiding me. It’s already stressful trying to move from one place to another but to have someone ignoring you while trying to inquire about the place is on a whole different level! I don’t recommend at all."
