"Quiet for the most part and clean. If you need maintenance , they are easy to contact/responsive. Pricey for a 1 bedroom, but then again the good area plays apart . Pricey because ON TOP of your rent alone, for an APARTMENT, you are responsible for paying for electric stove , water (usually apartments complex pay for water ) and you pay a sewer fee (Flushing the toilet ). Typically that's something you pay for a HOUSE. The water in the shower does go in and out of temperature. The walls are thin , I don't like how you can not turn the up the heat no more than 72 degrees, I had to buy 2 little heaters on top of the 72 . It does get cold. The windows do have a draft."

"Acting as their primary caretaker, I moved my elderly parents into Rosedale about 5 years ago. 5 years in, my parents still like it there. It’s in a nice area, set well back from a main road, close enough to a few stores and restaurants that my mom can walk to them in nice weather (including Yummi Yummi, which has best Chinese takeout in Abington - fact). The most positive thing about Rosedale for me is that the staff has continued to be helpful to them and treat them with respect over the years. My mom loves the maintenance guy in the building, because in her words “He’s just so nice and fixes things so quickly.” Other property issues seem to be corrected very quickly too by whoever takes care of that. All and all, they are happy there, and I see how kindly both employees and residents treat them. They think it’s a good place to live and are content there, and if they are happy with it, I am happy with it."

"Don't know where to begin. Mantinence is inadequate, the customer service is awful, and the property continues to get worse. I've experienced a clogged sink drain (that continues to not get properly get fixed), to windows leaking (literally pouring water into the apartment at midnight to the point it required buckets and towels while being told it wasn't an emergency) and water pressure that shakes the whole apartment. If you enjoy loud neighbors, continuously raised rent with lack of sustainable upkeep, and the smell of pot, this place is for you! :)"
