"Have you ever heard of the expression lipstick on a pig? That's what this place is. They added a bunch of fancy appliances to an old decrepit building built in the seventies with all of the issues and problems that go along with that. Should you have any issues that need to be addressed, management and maintenance are nowhere to be found. The place is infested with mice roaches ants and other assorted vermin. Do yourself a favor and stay far away. Do not rent here. You have been warned."
