"I wish there were negative stars or perhaps zero to begin with, lemme start with my story, I have lived in high end apartments a house , suburbs city life but never have I have seen the treatment as such towards future tenants or guests the way this management treats us, yes this is a suburb and prolly not very expensive in terms of rent, but they literally look down at us like they are doing a huge favor by leasing us this property. There is literally NO ONE to talk to, maintenance won’t reach out , if they do they need someone in the house- dude we work, how can we leave work and wait at home for some urgent issues. Next comes our tiny guests- the mice The lucky folks at our home ranging from caterpillars, bugs of all sort to mice And they were dead ones behind the counter We were promised a den, we didn’t get any, then a fireplace which is just a formality and to top it off the tub glazing promised since months, standing over a dirty tub isn’t an amazing experience. The vents inside the bedroom are -20 cooler so either freeze to death or be shocked with the temperature difference Let’s not forget the porch parrots Incorrect labeling of the building means running up and down the slope to catch one Amazon package luckily and hopefully before someone steals Did I mention. Threats on pieces of papers on my car ? Let’s see oh yes and old appliances mean a hefty electricity bill , what more I can ask for ?"

"If I could give ZERO stars, I absolutely would. I have been reaching out to this complex for 2 months now and NO ONE has gotten back to me yet. I have called and left messages, sent messages via their website, I've dropped by and no one was there. This is ridiculous. If this is how you treat PROSPECTIVE renter, I can only imagine how they treat actual tenants."

"Like the location, close to public transportation, in a nice, diverse neighborhood. The parking lot is well lit at night. Unit itself is ok. Initially Lansdowne Station was fine, but it started getting progressively worse. Police have been called over to the complex more and more frequently to settle issues, whether towing or domestic disputes. Indicative of the type of residents Galman is allowing to move in lately and the poor management of this complex. There have been critters (mice) in my apartment on several occasions. The leasing office sent a letter to everyone that pest control would stop by all the units, but no pest control tech has ever stopped by my unit or building since I've moved in. There has also been a turnstile of property managers. I have lived at several apartments and know there can be turnover, but I've never seen it like this. The first 2 were good managers but eventually left. Hated to see them go as there were on site pretty regularly. There was no communication from Galman regarding property managers leaving the company, so if you reached out to someone that had already left, there was no way to know. The next few managers split time between Lansdowne and another Galman owned property. However, Galman made sure to communicate a new policy of the property manager only being onsite 3 days, then 2 days out of the week. Even then, they wouldn't be in the office on those days and times. This of course makes it an issue when trying to retrieve packages, as the property manager would accept them, but not notify tenants they have a package or drop it off at the building. Because of the reduced schedule, the package is sitting in the leasing office for 3 or more days and you have no way to pick it up. The property manager's availability is also an issue when contacting for assistance, as Galman is almost non-responsive by phone or email. It makes no sense for a complex of this size to not have 2 agents and 2 maintenance technicians on site daily. Oftentimes, they'd pull the maintenance tech to the 2nd property. There are several other issues like not being able to pay rent at the leasing office, the property manager changing parking decals out of the blue and not providing proper communication ahead of time, then threating to have vehicles towed within the next few days, and limited parking. There aren't a lot of options for rentals in Lansdowne/Yeadon, so I'm sure this is how Galman is able to get away with this."

"My car was illegally towed from this property, I was parked in a parking spot and only visiting to drop my child off. Then the tow company they hire is very rude & unproffesional and would not realease my car until the other morning 8am, when it was towed around 11pm the night before and I contacted them right away and was willing to pay and release it. I made a police report and cops agreed they were wrong but it was a private property so thats something the property management controls and authorize them to do. The property poorly managed as no one answers the office phone (called over 30 times), there is not a professional answering service so you are not even sure who you are leaving a message for, the coperate office(Galman Group)does not provide any help or contact info or try to resolve your issue they push it back to the property. I have also sent emails and have not gotten a response in over 48hrs. I have also spoken to multiple residents with the same issue, they say you do not want to move here, the staff is very nice and friendly to get you in the door but after you sign that lease they don't care how they treat you. Even residents vehicles are being towed without no notice and no care just to make money. Their customer service is very poor and they dont seem to care about their residents or visitors."

"No guest parking here. The property management has agreement with towing company. Your car will be towed at your expense even if you are resident here if your sticker is fell off otherwise they will find whatever reason to justify the towing. They can’t recognize your car by license plate. Actually you can park other car by borrowing a sticker. Very poor management. Office is open only three days for half a day. You can never reach them. Apartments are low quality. You can find better housing for same price."
