"I've had my mail n packages stolen more then few times, n recently, i was almost of victim of car jacking that started on this apartment property, yet, either of times, the landlord Jen refused to give me access to security camera footage."

"The worst place to rent apartments, price go up every year. Management do not care for their tenants. Rude management- Jen . She’s only nice to you before you sign the lease, afterward, 3 headed snake. Some tenants live here are crazy. Alot of yelling and screaming for no reason. Mental issues . Also , this place make you pay everything like new when you move out for them. There’s the term wear and tear which that’s why they can rob your deposit money. Anyway stay away from William Penn Reality Group. The worse renting apartment to rent from !!! Especially Providence Manor apartments."

"Don’t waste your time leasing this an apartment from this building. It’s smells of cigarettes constantly despite promising that it’s a a smoke free building. The parking areas and trash areas is always extremely dark. The cameras for the building is horrible so if anything happens to your vehicle you won’t be able to get the footage. Maintenance rarely comes to fix anything. It’s not worth the money."
