"Property management at their Wayne Gardens location is horrific. Dog attacks leaving disabled people unable to work and they wont even remove dogs that attacked a dog twice and lunged at a human. Pit bulls everywhere disguised as therapy dogs but seemingly very untrained and reactive for highly trained dogs. Hm. Enjoy the 2 dobermans living above you that their irresponsible and selfish owner plays with indoors while you try to sleep!"
"This location has lost what made it special. The management that is on the property does not take the concerns of the residents in mind. There is no on-site security and the concierge that was there has been disbanded. Management leaves promptly at 6pm Friday and there is no help until Monday at 10am. I suggest going to another property. Avoid this location!!!"
"Since they took over my apartment complex they got rid of the cleaning and maintenance people, and added $400 per month. They are not a good company."
