"I have been living here with my husband and cat for 7 months and we have been very pleased with our time here. The location is very lovely and convenient for both my husband (who works in the city) and myself (who works in Havertown). The neighborhood is very quiet but not isolated, which is very refrshing. Management has been pretty communicative and responsive to any issues we’ve had. Additionally, maintenance does a fantastic job of leaf and snow removal! My husband and I will most likely stay here until we leave the area, thank you!"

"This has been my favorite place to live! I love the apartment, the location & that we can have our precious animals here. I love having a balcony, an updated kitchen & a separate entrance. It's great that we can take our dog for a walk at the Cynwyd Heritage tail a block away & go to the cafe which is also dog friendly. My only real complaint is some of the maintained staff be more a more experienced & be more careful about coming in apartments unannounced. After talking to them about that they have been more careful which I really appreciate. Ive always wished we had an updated bathroom / shower but overall I've loved it here!"
