Reviews
"Frenchtown Commons is a peaceful community in a charming historic town. From my fairy godmother Melissa Nunez who reviewed and accepted my application in just a day, to the superhero super Ryan Berisha, my move-in was seamless and most welcoming. My apartment has central air, and is nice and warm in winter thanks to new windows. Everything was in tip-top shape and clean, a dream I still wake up to every morning!"
"I've lived at Frenchtown Commons for 17 years. I love my two bedroom apartment. It's quite spacious for the rent. The superintendent, Ryan, is great. Whenever anything has needed repair he has taken care of it right away. No complaints. Ryan brings a nice community vibe to the Commons."
"My children and I moved to the Commons after the sudden death of their father and shortly after that, a house fire that we lost everything in. I looked at the situation as best as I could and hoped moving here would be the start of a new life for my children and myself. We all met Ryan when we moved in. Not only is he great professionally in his job as the supervisor but he is also a great person! He has always been so nice to my kids and looks out for them all the time. The few times that we had an issue with something in the apartment Ryan would be right there to fix it. The apartment I live in is actually pretty spacious and I don't feel like we are all crammed in there."
"I lived in the commons for a year on my own. Ryan was literally the most amazing landlord of all time. Living by myself was something new to me after getting out of relationship and Ryan was always more than willing to help if I needed a hand (he even helped me get a tick off my dog!) He was ALWAYS around and reachable if you ever needed anything and I felt like he kept an amazing relationship with all the tenants. The grounds were always kept super clean and there were activities and events that even took place for families at the commons! I miss the modern apartment itself and living in Frenchtown and consider myself so lucky to have had such a wonderful landlord, as well!! 5 stars!!!"
"Our friend was having a tough time finding an affordable apartment nearby and a spot opened up at The Commons. She liked it more than she expected to because it’s quiet and peaceful esp for an apartment complex. The entire property is kept up very nicely between the landscaping power washing etc and it’s not uncommon to see their grounds manager Ryan around town helping with community projects and cleanup efforts. Hopefully it can stay this nice for a long time, and that the new apartments going up have such engaged caretaking."
