"Anthony Fair, property manager is very personable and professional. He did an excellent job in ensuring the move to Forest Village Apartments was smooth. Forest Village Apartments are Garden apartments that are nice, the apartment community is quiet and neighbors have been friendly. Maintenance staff have proven to be friendly and professional as well. The apartments are surrounded by loads of public transit and within a quiet, walkable community. I’m satisfied with my choice."
"Just moved in. Good location, clean quiet and grounds well kept. There was a problem with rent payment via the portal. Contacted the property Manager, Anthony Fair, for assistance. Anthony responded immediately with details explaining the cost discrepancies and offered to reconcile an error on their part. His customer service has been 5 star since day one. Looking forward to a good year at this location."
"I used to live in this complex 40 years ago and now I have moved back. I love living in this complex. It is very quiet, friendly neighbors, grounds well kept. I have not had any issues since moving back. I would recommend this apartment complex to my friends and family. who are seeking Residency."
"If I could I would give zero stars. These apartments are absolutely terrible and they have no concern for the safety of their residents. It takes 72 hours for emergency maintenance to respond which is unacceptable. There's been a constant issue with the door knob which poses a security threat and when maintenance attempts to fix it they do a piss poor job (pictures included). This is the third time in 3 months this has happened and this issue has yet to be resolved. I was assured my the property manager Denise that this would be resolved yesterday and still no resolution. I highly suggest not to rent from Forrest Village or Real Properties and because of numerous issues, safety concerns, I will not be renewing my lease. I hope this helps others so they won't be in the same position I am now."
