"Me and my roommate are stalked and harassed almost daily by the “landlords”. We’re planning to vacate this horrible property ASAP. There’s mice everywhere. The neighbor above us sounds like they are going to come through the ceiling. It’s right on the train tracks so the train sounds like it’s going to derail and come through your window. When it rains our apartment floods and they made us take care of it. Then it smells like mold. The bathroom is so disgusting I think there’s mold growing? I’m not sure. They harass visitors and don’t let them park in the lot. You are not allowed to have guests come over. If I could give it no stars I would. We pay $1,000 a month for a place that’s falling apart."

"This place is a slum plain and simple. I know that the landlord was in my apartment several times when I lived there without letting me know or without me being there. Windows were single pane aluminum frame that leaked and needed to be replaced but instead he put cameras up. One camera was right outside of my door which it turns out is illegal. I could not wait to be out. I pity anyone who lives here."

"As a current resident I offer you the readers this. Moving into this place was a mistake! I advise anyone reading this review to avoid this place at all costs. I checked one star in order to post this review. I actually think this place rates a -MINUS 5 star rating.Here's why: It has roaches,there is no snow removal, the parking lot/grounds are unkept, the flats are very shabby and in a state of disrepair, it was filthy when I moved in and the building in general is very dirty. The owners/managers waste a lot of time and resources on projects that accomplish nothing tangible or improve the property.They are married and from all appearances are in the middle of a separation. It seems as if their constant squabbling about things around here is having a very negative impact on what and how stuff get's done here. I am now making preparations to vacate this miserable hovel.If you are unfortunate enough to get stuck here, just remember, I warned you not to do it!"

"The Manager is nice, But the guy who owns it is horrible. He doesnt take care of anything. He does not respond when you need his help. They give bad apartments in bad condition and then try to keep your security when they are done. I had a problem with a neighbor and he did not handle anything for me. But honestly I am writing this because of how he tried to nickle and dime me on my security."
