"I have had to update this because in the less than two months I have been here there have been innumerable problems. *The fire alarms do in fact go off regularly, and they are extremely loud. *I had to put in a maintenance request because the water coming out of my faucet was hot pink. *The outlet which verizon attached their immovable box keeps losing power and my internet gets shut off 3-4 times per week. This always takes a long time to fix. *Whenever this happens the security system also loses all power, and starts beeping and won't stop until someone silences it or it gets power again. *Whenever this electrical problem happens the fire security system ALSO loses all power, and you can hit the fire alarms without anything going off. So anyway they keep blaming tenants but they obviously have a lot of trouble with this whole system, and I think they're just too cheap to fix it properly. I expect these issues to never be resolved."
"HOLES IN THE CEILING, WATER IS LEAKING, FIRE ALARM IS GOING OFF, PROBLEMS ARE NOT BEING FIXED BY THE OWNER OR PROPERTY MANAGEMENT (BRICK CAPITAL REAL ESTATE DEVELOPMENT), PROPERTY CONDITIONS ARE UNSAFE, TENANTS FEEL UNSAFE, SOMEONE NEEDS TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS IMMEDIATELY. THE MARKETING ON THIS SITE IS ALL LIES. THIS APARTMENT IS NOT IN ANY LIVEABLE CONDITION. THIS NEEDS TO BE ADDRESSED IMMEDIATELY."
"Terrible management. Fire alarms don’t work which is a HUGE hazard. There is no working camera in the building. I’ve had 6 packages stolen in 2 months. Know of others in the building with at least 15 packages stolen. Informed management 6 months ago and nothing was done. They fix one thing and 10 others break. I love my apartment itself , but there is no guaranteed safety. I pay way to much for this. On top of that they increase rent when they haven’t even fixed current issues."
