"One of the best apartment complexes in the area in my opinion. The management staff is always on top of things, and the maintenance team is top-notch. They go out of their way to make sure that you feel comfortable, that they respect your apartment when they come in to do maintenance and work. Can't say enough good words. The maintenence team is prompt and responsive to any maintenance request."

"Maintenance requests are quick to respond to and spacious apartment layout and the technicians are very nice. You only have to share your washer and dryer with 3 other apartments on your floor plus your own dishwasher which is hard to find in apartments at times. Management are also very nice people!"

"Apartments are beautiful & quiet area. They are very understanding and patient with you. I definitely would recommend them 10/10. Leasing process 10/10 , Maintenance 10/10 , Leasing Agents 10/10. Kids can be kids without worries. I chose this apartment because I have heard nothing be great things and I wanted my son to grow up in a great environment with great schooling which his current school was also recommended by one of the leasing agents and we both love it. They don’t just look at you as if you’re just another tenant, they show that they are here to help you if needed. And the maintenance guys are amazing as well ‘ anything you need done will be done within 24hrs if possible!"

"When looking for a new place, my husband put Bishop Hill at the top of our list. We went to meet Vanessa and was pleased with everything. We put our deposit down that day. Our full deposit was not the usual three months deposit. With excitement as new empty nesters, we moved in on a Monday. Vanessa got us exactly what we asked for, an updated, second floor apartment with a view that is pleasing to us. We are not overtaken by the smell of smoke or trash. The children are closely monitored by parents or adults. We rarely hear dogs barking. We do not hear any noise. It’s so quiet and peaceful. It may sound too good to be true but it’s not.
