"I am so happy to be living here. I just moved here around may. I got the lowest floor, and to think you would hear noises surprisingly I don’t hear a noise. I’m not sure why someone would comment saying there’s roaches, or management is terrible but don’t listen to them!"

"Going on year three renting here; this being my first experience ever renting from anyone. It was quick and easy to apply and be approved and Angela, the property manager at the time (she's gone now, from what I understand) was the absolute best. She definitely communicated properly and made everything really easy. I was hesitant on renting here because I heard that there are issues with mice and roaches. I have never once seen a mouse or heard anything (squeaking, scratching in the walls), but I have seen a roach / bug problem that I've been trying to deal with on my own. I believe another tenant brought the bugs, because they showed up not long after someone moved in across the hall from me. There was also a HUUUUGE flea problem that I had to take care of, my first year living here. I have mixed feelings regarding issues being fixed here. I live on the bottom floor, so at night it gets VERRY dark down in the hall, and the light blew out a while back. It took 6 months and me falling down the stairs, cutting myself on the rusty railing for them to replace the lightbulb, then when my AC unit was leaking (again, during my first year here) no one EVER came to look at it. I've had to place a bucket under the leak and dump it every 2-3 days. However, just this week I complained again and they were out that next Monday to replace the whole unit with a brand new AC. So, it really depends on when you call about an issue. It's either fixed right away or never. Then there is the issue with parking. It's very limited for the number of people that live there, and people that don't even live here will also park in spots, leaving no spaces at night when you're getting off work. Then there are the people that fight and scream CONSTANTLY or throw parties until 1AM when I have to be up for work the next morning. I was told the people that fight and scream were going to be evicted, this was a few months ago. They are still here. They still scream at the top of their lungs, and I work from home... Lastly, when I first moved in I was told there are four buildings with working washers and dryers. They DO NOT WORK. None of them work. I tried to use them many times now, and my money is always eaten by the machine and since the complex doesn't own them, apparently, when you call for your money back you are told to contact the number on the machines. That's not my job. You're offering a service and that service doesn't work so FIX IT. For the past three years I've had to find a laundry mat just to do my laundry. And now that Angela is gone, it just doesn't feel worth it to live here anymore. If I can ever save up enough, myself and my SO will be moving away from this place."

"This is our third year here at Glenmore Place Apartments. Our office/property manager, Angela is the most attentive, amazing, and caring manager ever! She truly cares about the people who live here, and she always goes above and beyond to help us in any way! She is always prompt and quick to answer any questions and or resolve anything that I need assistance with! Angela truly listens and does everything in her power to make sure the residents here are happy and well taken care of. Cannot thank Angela enough for everything she has done for the past years, from our leasing application to now! If I could give ten stars I would! She has made the experience of renting an apartment smooth and easy!"
