Management seems cool Great location Wish it was a tad bit cheaper but for what you get i think paying the extra is worth it. No complaints."

"I have been trying to reach someone for a few weeks now. Started with e-mails via 3rd party sites and then I figured if I went to their direct website I'd get a response. I called twice and left a voicemail 1 time and still have yet to hear from anyone regarding my inquiry. If there are no units available communicating that would've been the better way to go about it"

"Beautiful new apartments. It's under new management and they have been really quick and responsive. For all those complaining about pests, if youd let the exterminator in that comes twice monthly you won't have any issues. I've checked out multiple other apartments nearby. My only complaint is that the fitness center isn't ready yet."

"This apartment building has bed bugs. This apartment building has roaches. Since they have started “expanding” in the basement the exterminator has stopped coming. The exterminator would spray here and there throughout your unit but nothing that would really help with the deep bed bug, roach and rat problem that this old apartment building has. Whenever people move you can tell because you will see their old bedding by the dumpster with bed bugs. My bathroom tub was backed up for weeks it was not until I went to the township that they came and finally made repairs. They cut corners to save money where ever they can. If you look at tiles they dont even match. The floors will go months without being mopped. People come and go the homeless sleep down stairs and get mad when you ask them to move because they are blocking the stairs. My ceiling is falling down from leaking pipes above my unit. I am not the only tenant with this problem. It took them years to get my radiators inside my apartment to start working. Instead of fixing they problem they installed electric heaters that were tied into my power supply that would not give off any heat only drive up my electric bill. The lease states that they’re responsible for heating. People spit on the walls and they do nothing about it. You will come home and smell weed strong in the hallway. The front of the building is trash. The steps needs to be painted, there are dirt/trash mounds even the building sign is broken leaning side ways representing the dump that this place is. The “building manager” come here often Im not sure what he does. He will also lie to your face and not respond to your messages. They replace the building Maintenance man often. That shows them cutting more corners no one wants to work for free. Your packages will get stolen if delivered to this place. The main front door has been misaligned and slams shut really loud for months now and they have done nothing to try and fix it. Every year the rent increases. I am looking to move. Please seek somewhere else to live."
