"I have been living here for about a year an half and have had no issues with maintenance or anything, the costs have went up, yeah, but as does the market and value of everything in current day. I was moved into my apartment very quickly and the leasing office answered all of my questions, they are very nice. The other residents here are incredibly kind and undeniably hospitable, I really enjoy living here, and so does my little dog lol."

"My toilet was not properly flushing. The maintenance man, Anthony, came to repair but determined that the repair was unsatisfactory due to the age of the toilet. He came the next day with a new toilet and installed it. The remarkable thing about Anthony is his professionalism and consciousness. Before he left he cleaned up the bathroom in areas that were dirty before he came. This man is a star and deserves all the praise I can give."

"4th year of my lease. Apartment is ok, but the company seems to be nickel and diming as of late. Increased rent 40% over the last 3 years, added a new “transaction fee” to pay rent, and now charging shared utility fees."
