"I have lived at the Bentwood Apartments for almost 2 years now and this place is absolutely amazing! The amenities are really nice - the secure mail/package room, large gym, small snack kiosk, and parking garage are the ones I use most often. I imagine many people love the pool, dog spa, and yoga studio as well, but I personally do not use them. The location is super convenient as well, and it is hard to understate this. You are a 5-to-10-minute walk from a bunch of restaurants, a grocery store (Shop Rite), a UPS Store, a GameStop, a Dollar Tree, and more. I didn't even fully realize how easy it would be to walk everywhere when I first moved in (though, always be careful if crossing Germantown Pike at the entrance light, it can be particularly dangerous). Additionally, there is a neighborhood across Arch Street that is very nice to walk in, as well as a park a bit further if you're looking for a 3 to 4-mile round trip. The apartment itself has had no issues and is very modern (I have a 1-bedroom). You'll hear people in the hallways and maybe your neighbors from time to time, but I haven't noticed any excessive noise due to thin walls. The staff are also extremely nice and caring, particularly Holly. If you have any trouble with something, they go out of their way to help. I had a few very weird package mishaps (not due to the complex's fault) and they went above and beyond to investigate what happened and find a resolution. I've lived in many different apartment complexes and it's quite hard to find building management that actually cares this much. Ultimately, if you enjoy apartment living, these apartments are possibly as good as it gets in the East Norriton area due to the amenities and convenient location for walking to shops and a nearby park"

"Had the pleasure of living here for a year. Unfortunately I had to move recently but I will highly recommend Residences at Bentwood. I had ZERO issues here. Quality apartment, quality appliances, quality staff. I was particularly blown away when there was an outage in the area and we had no water. We were immediately provided with tons of bottled water and porter-potties until the issue was resolved. The maintenance guys are professional, friendly and very responsive. I hope they continue to maintain this high standard."

"Moved to Bentwood in May and it has been such a nice experience living here! The amenities are wonderful. We love using the dog wash room, the grills, and the pool table. Everyone that works in the front office is lovely, especially Holly, who has helped me personally a number of times! My only critiques are that it would be nice to have some sod or turf in the dog park and that I would love it if we had at least one guest pass for the pool. Otherwise, living here has been great! The price is very reasonable. Parking is free and there is plenty of it. Maintenance is very responsive and usually makes it to the apartment by the same or the next day. We have had no issues with neighbors and so far, everyone we've met has been lovely!"
