"Current Resident that has lived here over two years. Everything has been great the first two. My apartment was in great shape so not much interaction needed. My A/C went out a few weeks prior to signing my lease. Broken promises were made if I signed the lease. My experience post signing my lease in May has been unprofessional and polite disrespect. Here's my breakdown: - Community - 9/10 Everyone I encounter in my building are friendly, helpful when I have full hands and my toddler, and set my packages aside when left at my doorstep and I am out of town on a business trip. - Convenience - 7/10 You are a few stop lights away from Philly in one direction; Conshohocken and Plymouth Meeting in the other direction. King of Prussia not far. Definitely a plus. - Support Staff - 8/10 The maintenance guys are fairly decent people. We have great conversations when I see them around. The assistant property manager is really nice, more importantly genuine. - Property Management 3/10 The strategy behind the rollout of projects and communication is unacceptable. They recently repaved the parking lot. They sent emails and posted signs everywhere of the rollout (phases of the project). I revised my work related travel to move my car to the "finished area" of the parking lot to avoid being towed while out of state. Well, it rained during Phase 1. As I headed out for my business trip, the plan didn't change according to the signs on the exits. The Property Manager pushes the project to the following day. My car gets towed. What poured salt on the wound was I reached out to the PM. No accommodations for my $150 towing fee, and oh we forgot to change the signs on the door. I'll make sure that happens, thanks for letting me know. Wow? - Tenant Relationship 0/10 The polite disrespect is not ok. I hold the parent company accountable for not putting customer relationships to the forefront in this type of industry. What is the company values? Are your staff representing these values everyday to create a healthy company culture? I'll share my recent experience: My A/C unit went out in May. My toddler started getting heat rashes from our apartment reaching 90 degrees inside. They put a window unit in the bedroom. That was around the beginning of June. The bedroom is fairly cool but the rest of the house is cooking! 4th of July week my son has another big nasty heat rash. I put in an emergency ticket. We leave the house and come back (same day), there's a huge portable A/C unit in the middle of the living room that sound like a semi truck. Ok, I understand. A few days later, we walk into the apartment and things are moved around. I planned to call the property manager but she calls me yesterday to say someone is going in your apartment today. I shared with her could they please give me a call or leave a message that someone is going into my apartment moving forward. Two times in the last week I had valuables left out unknowing that someone is going to be entering my apartment with no notification. "You do not own the apartment, you lease and we have the right to enter the apartment at any time." I am a veteran with anxiety and PTSD, do you have any idea what level of defense I will take to protect my family? I feel exposed and vulnerable to people taking inventory of my belongings with no accountability or notes with a time stamp of a visit. Only my belongings in the house shifted. Completely unacceptable. My advice to future residents, if you have options and the resources I would advise you to look elsewhere. If you travel for work, it's a no off the bat. If you care about the green grass and pretty shell of a building more than concierge and a healthy relationship with the management team, I tip my hat to you. I look forward to a call from the corporate team. Update 9/7: We're breaking the lease and moving out. We're expected to pay a hefty fine for breaking the lease. We've requested for the regional Director to connect with us to discuss how did we get here. That was 2 weeks ago and no response."

"Property manager Monica very friendly and responsive. Community is kept very nicely and they are constant upgrading the facilities which they did with new fitness center and new common area soon to open. Landscaping well kept as well."

"My partner and i choose living here for the conveniences the location seemed to provide, but it hasnt. This is the worst living arrangement I've ever been contracted into. Management is incredulous, with a major lack of upgrades in living units. consistent trash and maintenance concerns. Not to mention incomplete construction for over a year, fire alarm in building going off multiple times a week. A nightmare."

"This place has gone down hill so much in the past 3 years. Everything in the unit is incredibly old and outdated. That would be fine if they actually worked, but everything is breaking and maintenance does absolutely nothing. Every time I’ve had maintenance in my apartment, they have broken more things than they have fixed. This leasing office justifies their steep rent increases with “improvements” but all I’m getting out of these improvements is no longer having access to a gym, and more and more amenities of mine breaking. Tenants are also relatively noisy, and many are quite rude. I really wanted to stay here because moving is a hassle and the location is great, but this place is giving me more and more reasons to start looking elsewhere."

"Living here almost 1 year now. Absolutely no issues. Never needed to call maintenance. Ample parking space available. Very quiet and safe community. Have to move out now because of new job, but highly recommend this place if it fits your budget. Management is excellent - friendly, helpful."
