"I am very disappointed. I normally don’t leave reviews especially bad ones, however $42 for 2 platters has me upset, if the food was better I wouldn’t be so upset. I’ve been to several different Mexican restaurants. This has to be the worst one I’ve ever been to. The woman was not very nice, we weren’t sure what we wanted and she seemed annoyed. I got the steak fajita platter as they didn’t or wouldn’t make me just a steak platter. Most of the steak was fat and gristle. I will Never go back to the restaurant, Ever! I took a picture of all the fat that was left which was most of the meat so I’m still hungry, oh and I Love avocado, Idk what they did to it but it did not taste like any avocado I’ve ever eaten. Again I’m very upset about my experience at this restaurant!"

"A perfect hole in the wall restaurant. The food is made fresh and is incredibly delicious. Make sure you are comfortable with spice though. This place takes heat seriously. The prices are great though and the portions practically don't fit on the tiny tables. And as icing on the cake after you are done eating you can buy some of the ingredients they use directly from them and attempt to make your own less delicious version at home."

"I ordered a burrito with tinga chicken it was pretty good but chicken was a bit chewy. I also got birria tacos and it was good. The birria was really good full of flavor. I also got this mango drink and it was really good as well. It also came with a green and red sauce, the green sauce was really great, but my favorite was the red sauce it had so much flavor."

"Native Californian here. Grew up eating Mexican food and this is as close as it gets to it. It's the perfect tiny restaurant with excellent food and good service. The place does a brisk business with takeout orders, too."

"Food was amazing and authentic. made fresh and served quickly. we ordered chips and guac, aquas frescas, beans and rice, flautas, tostadas, nachos and the kids had chicken tender meals. Good portions and great prices. This is a small store with about 6 tables for 2 that can be easily put together."
