"Management is terrible, cleaning is worst, and security omg. Only saving grace of the entire situation is the absolute blessing of the entire building which is Alexis the security supervisor. She handles everything to the extent you forget she is security while assistance from any other staff is always difficult to obtain. I’m told her security company is leaving for another, so if that is true, there is no reason to even visit the site. Best just to avoid bedbugs while you can"

"I love living here. The new management company is very responsive and are actually looking forward at maintaining and upgrading things on a regular basis. Any time you have 300 families living in one place there will be a few jerks, but I have found people to be friendly and helpful. he one jerk mngt addressed swiftly. I love the back patio and have used the grills. Close to lots of things, places to walk, eat, community events. A very diverse group of people, (no college students) with Radnor schools."

"The building is nice but I'd be very careful. I've not been in all of them but those I was in had insects and rodents and I've been in a few they really need some help. Like a really good exterminator, really good. Other tenants and owners told me the same thing even Workman there saw them, it's pervasive."

"There are quite a few really lovely people living here, but far too many nosey, rude, busy bodies who complain to management over every little thing. With a minimum $300 fee charged by the condo association for breaking a rule, it’s simply not worth renting or owning here. I read the reviews before making a move and thought some of them were just angry former residents but I’ve found the reviews regarding the fines & mice in the building to be 100% true. Sadly, it is an older building and the exterminators have no way to rid the building of the mice other than with cruel traps laid in your unit and there are constant plumbing issues. If you like privacy, this is not the place for you with constant interruptions from maintenance for building upkeep. The good points: The management office personnel are wonderful, the security officers are the best, the cleaning crew & maintenance team are friendly and work hard to keep the grounds and building looking nice. The parking situation is a nightmare, especially since the paid garage parking has been closed for repairs. Now the lot is always full and many folks are illegally parked just to get a spot closer to the building. It isn’t the worst, but if you have other options,take them. We will be leaving when my current lease is up."
