Norriton East Apartments

"An older place. But it's hard for an apartment building to be around this long and have a rating as high as it does. Lived here for 4+ years so far. It's quiet, the people who live here are kind. Most of the people who live here, stay long term, which is as good a sign as any. Good location near shops, restaurant, hospitals, etc. Haven't had any problems with the landlords yet, maintenance (Gregg! et al) are kind but understandably are on unpredictable schedules so sometimes arrive unannounced but still fairly promptly. They always keep the grounds safe and clean though. It may be my time to move out soon but it's not on bad terms. I'll try to be sure to update on that experience if/when it does eventually happen."

"I just finished my 14th year renting at Norriton East and I could not be happier. I have rented for the last 35 years and this is by far the best place that I have ever lived. Teresa the manager and Gregg the maintenance man are so helpful and nice. Any issue that I have ever have has been resolved within a day. Gregg is amazing in getting things fixed and takes such an interest in the community and its residents. The residents are very nice and keep to themselves. Although the building is not modern, the construction is sound and I hardly ever hear anything from the apartments around me. A great feature is that there is a laundry room on each floor. The grounds are beautiful and well kept and the location of the complex is so convenient to the Turnpike, Blue Route and King of Prussia. If you are looking for a nice, low key community with great management, Norriton East is the place to be."

"The two years living here was ok but the moving out process was not pleasant. The property manager charged the wrong amount for late notice fees and when we reached out about our final bill, she was like it was on your termination notice why didn’t you say anything back then? Ok we missed it seems like they don’t allow mistakes here. But on the termination notice there was nowhere stated that if we disagree with the final statement we couldn’t reach out and the whole point for the final statement is to clarify the right amounts we owe? not sure where is the attitude coming from. Later, she replied back yes you are right, it’s just making our job easier if you have said anything back then…. Making your job easier, but what about we reached out to you like half year ago about our closet light needs to be fixed? It wasn’t getting fixed until a week before we moved out. When we called the apartment half year ago about the issue, the manager was like oh due to COVID, we can’t have people come in to fix it but we will keep you on the list and we never hear back! Later it turned out that Greg, the on site person could just do it and it took him less than 30 mins. Don’t get me wrong, Greg was really helpful and has apologized multiple times that if he knew the issue earlier, he would have came in and fix it earlier. We are just really disappointed with the management team and their attitude here. We were forgiving when they forgot to fix our stuffs and never complained and on the opposite when we reached out about problems, they seem like don’t allow any human oversight and just giving nasty attitude."
