"This community is pure evil. I met with Melissa to talk about pricing. I told her it was out of my price range especially for run down amenities. She had the Audacity to tell me that “she isn’t surprised You are the typical black man” how abhorrent to say something like to me right in the office. Because I said it was out of my price range she stereotyped me ???How do these people work here being flat out racists ???"

"Many cockroaches in the homes, even after exterminators show up. Walls and ceilings have drywall falling out, paint peeling and water leaks. Garbage and broken glass in the halls, stairs and outside in the green areas. Cigarette butts by the garages and all over the dog parks. Management way too lazy to put up no smoking signs . The walls in the hallways are defaced, people urinating in the stairwell and when you contact management about it, there's no response. This property management doesn't help with enforcement of rules and areas don't get cleaned up the day of. Poor maintenance of common areas. Constant loud drilling and hammering Nonstop fire alarm keeps getting activated. The firetrucks show up and confirm through the PA system to announce that most are false alarms. The PA system used is extremely loud and may even contribute to hearing loss at that volume. Renter beware. For the price of rent these days, you can find better elsewhere in Bucks county. This place is a toxic mosh pit!"

"We recently moved into a spacious and beautiful two bedroom townhome and we love it. It was extremely clean when we moved in. The four bathrooms and two fireplaces are an added bonus. Lots of natural light, carpeting is great, large master bath, and big kitchen! Maintenance has been so helpful (our new dryer wasn’t connected to the gas line and they fixed it right away, left us a quart of touch up paint outside our door when we asked, even put packages inside our unit before we moved in!) and the property calls us to make sure maintenance fixed any issue after the fact. The staff is sooo responsive, friendly, and always available. We are so happy with our choice to live here!!"

"The staff went above and beyond before we even stepped foot on property. We had items arrive to the front door before we were able to move in and they placed them inside our unit to avoid them getting wet, damaged or stolen. "My husband and I moved into our 1 bedroom townhouse in October 2020. We absolutely love the finished basement and office space (it made working from home so much easier). There is plenty of parking and we even adopted a puppy this spring (dogs stay rent free). There are complimentary bags and waste cans across the community and two dog parks too! The maintenance service and staff are great (but very rarely needed). Overall, we are so happy with our townhouse! - From a verified resident on ApartmentRatings"
