"Currently they have a renter that is disturbing the peace of other renters. She places trash and bangs loudly on several doors. She comes in late at night and bangs loudly in her apartment waking people up and scaring renters. Several complaints have been filed to management and the police have been called but still she remains creating havoc to these people! I guess they are waiting until she hurts somebody before they will address it! Someone please help!"

"They have done a major turn around. the entire building is being updated and they have new staff in place that makes it a much nicer place to be. the parking lot is small but other then that its a completely different environment and happy to see it come around"

"My mother resides here and it is the worst place ever to live and, I'm sure if she had a place to go she would leave. There have been several residents that have complained that their belongings have been stolen from their apartments. Maintenance can just walk into their apartments with out any notice or asking for permission. This is ridiculous! I would not live here if my life depended on it. I reached out to the management still waiting for a call back. There are no security cameras in the hallways whatsoever, there is only one security camera in the back of the building and I believe one in the front of the building. This is a security risk for the residents that live there. There was a man that resided there with his wife a few years ago who was given a position as a maintenance man, he was was entering the residence apartments and stealing their belongings,e money, jewelry, etc. He was caught and was sentenced to prison for a few years. They need to put in security cameras for the safety of the residents. This is unacceptable! You speak to the management at the buildings and they do not care at all. What if that was their home? Would they like it if someone just came in without notice and you're not there and steal their belongings? just because they have low income and cannot afford their own apartment does not give permission to anyone to go into their apartment unannounced and steal their belongings. I will be following through with this no matter how long it takes. I want my mother to be safe and in a safe environment and not have to worry about her stuff been taken."

"NOT THE PLACE TO LIVE IF YOU ARE PHYSICALLY DISABLED! THERE IS NO STAFF; MAINTENANCE IS A SLOW JOKE BUT IT'S A ROOF. 13 PARKING SPOTS FOR OVER 50 TENANTS.... IT IS VERY QUIET AND THANK THE LORD THE POLICE ARE ACROSS THE STREET! THEY ALLOW SMALL PETS AT A LOW FEE; THE RENT IS GOOD BUT THE QUALITY OF HUMAN LIFE IS TERRIBLE."
