"This place was awful to live at. The landlord was a horrible person and could care less for his tenants. All he cared about was money and charging more than the apartment was worth. I wouldn't wish this on my worse enemy. THINK TWICE ABOUT GOING HERE. I would give it zero stars if I could."

"My husband and I lived here when the building first opened. The main attraction for us was the gym and they accepted large dogs, which was a must for us. We ended up leaving after a year to live with in laws, and after six months decided to move back to the building we missed it so much. It’s close to everything, walking distance or less than five mins driving distances to all major shopping. Both units we rented had washer/dryers but they are available on the second and third floors for units that do not have them. All units have AC in all rooms, and the electric was super affordable. Milosz is the best landlord we’ve ever had. We experienced both Orlando and Mauricio as supers when we were there and both were fantastic at taking care of issues immediately. We had a bees nest outside our window on the third floor and Milosz rented a lift to get up there to remove it the next day. If you’re looking for convenience, affordability, pet friendly, and a wonderful place to live, try this location!"

"Very clean facility, maintenance and superintendents were attentive, close for my commute and to groceries, stores, etc. Gym was convenient and outdoor patio was a great asset. Rent and electric was affordable given alternatives in the area"

"I have been here two months and have nothing but great things to say. Reading some of the negative reviews, I feel that they aren’t accurate. The landlord is great, everyone in the building has his cell phone number and it is also posted right on the front door, so if you couldn’t get ahold of him you simply didn’t look in front of you. The building has a superintendent who lives here and handles all issues immediately. I’ve lived in similar industrial to apartment conversions in Philadelphia for years, and these are nicer at half the price. I’m very thankful to have found the Ribbon Factory and highly recommend it. There’s a pool table room, very well equipped gym, and we even get ice cream socials and movie nights. Apartments are setup for Fios, easy moving, has an elevator too. To top it al off, if you’re a person who loves to grill, there are two commercial grade grills installed into the brick at the picnic area. Multiple picnic tables, a wash sink, you can use them anytime. If that doesn’t do it, I don’t know what does."
