"The only good thing about these apartments is the neighborhood otherwise these apartments are horrible. The wooden floors make constant noise when you walk on them. You can hear your neighbors all the time. The car garage is always flooded when it rains. There is never any parking after 10 pm. The management is horrible. I had mice in my apartment and the exterminator didn't come for 5 days. I called back and then they send someone. It took them a week to send someone out to my apartment. They have roaches when I moved in and I had to buy traps myself cause the exterminator they send didn't solve the problem. Also, forget about getting your security deposit back. They charged me $250 to paint the walls in a two bedroom apartment!. I've lived in numerous apartments and every time the management repaints the wall for new tenants and nobody charges the old tenants for painting the walls. I cleaned the place and took pictures and they still charged me $50 for cleaning service. They will try anything to keep your security deposit. Find some other place to live cause its not worth the hassle."
