If you click on any of their profiles, they review other random contractors and cleaners all over the country five stars and say the same things. And if you look at the other companies that these bot accounts review, it's clear those other companies have also paid for bot reviews. Additionally, if you search Rachel Dixon and Dimitri, there's another company named with their names that have disparaging reviews about taking a deposit and poor quality work. If these two are actually legitimate, fake reviews and horror reviews on other sites under their other company names do not inspire trust or confidence. This is a warning to elderly people or those that are easily tricked by bot accounts. Good and authentic reviews come with good and authentic service."

"I scheduled an easy repair job with this company. They gave me a two hour window which pleased me. However the repairman did not show and told me he had to reschedule for the following day. When I called the company to see if a new handyman could come the day I took off from work, I was hung-up on. The customer service was horrendous and the repairman’s English was rather unintelligible."
